The scope of the content

The content on this site is general patient reading. It is for learning, not for action.

The content does not know your age. It does not know your history. It does not know your test results.

What the content is not

The content is not a diagnosis. A diagnosis comes from a doctor who sees you.

The content is not a plan of care. A plan of care comes from the doctor who will treat you.

The content is not a second opinion. A second opinion comes from a named doctor who has read your notes.

When to see a doctor

New bleeding, a high fever, a sudden inability to pass urine, or strong pain are red flags. See a doctor straight away.

For slower symptoms, make a clinic visit. Bring any notes you have kept.
